Nice Catch: Termites In Garage

Termites we found in a garage corner. They blend in well without direct lighting!

Where the slab meets the block is a common spot for them to come through.

Once they work their way up the side of the block, they're hidden in the wood.

(After the inspection, we let the homeowner know what we found and completed a full treatment and preventative spray the following day!)
